The "net stop [Service]" command is used to stop the services that the AV programs use, it will presumably prevent the programs from working properly by disabling their services, some don't have an exe because they are services.

@MarkW7: You just need to replace all the "net stop [Service]" with "net start [Service]" or restart your computer without running the batch script again to reload services. Use wordpad's replace all function to replace all "stop" strings with "start" and rename file save as.

Actually since it is only a net stop i think you could just restart and it would be fine.
