Well for the whole posting your ip and email address i got a solution for you


CREATE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS and next time have 2 different emails one for personal and one for forums and shit like that.
To solve everyone knowing your ip. when you goto sleep next time completly unplug your modem from any power over night. Chances are you will get a new lease with the dchp server and also a new ip.
