Cain & Abel wont run?

Ok, so i have had Cain on my computer before and it worked fine. But ever since i did a system restore it wont open. Every time i try to open cain the error report window comes up and closes Cain. Does anyone know why this is? ( I have tried re-installing)

have you tried to run as admin

mine has done that before. reinstall winpcap and nmap then restart your computer. hopefully that will fix it
