Hey, y'all.

Here's the thing: Some wiseass user of IMDb's boards (now banned) is really harassing one of my friends, threatening her and her family's financial and personal safety. He's saying he'll fuck up her bank accounts, screw her ID, etc., and it's really annoying – s'pecially since we just don't know exactly how good he is at this stuff.

Well, I've got three questions. Simple ones you geniuses will probably call me a noob for. Heh. (I AM a noob! :P)

1 – How would I get the guy's IP? Thing is, I don't have his E-mail Address, or any e-mails from him, or sent to him. He's also been on Internet Forums, but he's been banned (as stated previously).

2 – Once I got his IP, is it totally necessary to use his e-mail to send him a "package" (see below)? Or is there some other way that doesn't require his confirmation, that can enter his PC by itself?

3 – Let's say I got the previous obstacles surmounted: Now, what would be the most appropriate thing to send him? I'm quite tempted to simply screw up his PC (like that "permanent shutdown" thread I've just checked out), but I'd also like to let him know, like, "Hey, asshole. I told you to lay off my friend. You didn't, well, cry now.". You know, something along those lines.

I know this is probably asking alot, but I really am new to hacking, period (I know about as much as if I'd just heard the term today), so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I know so far on this dweeb:

Username: "The_Real_Max_G_Force" (IMDb and other sites)
His e-mail is something similar.
He lives in the Philipines.

The philipines? A lot is legal there that's not in other parts of the world....

If I'm correct, I heard DDoS is not illegal there?

Anyways, I don't think they have strict laws on computer hacking, but do you know for a fact he lives there, or did he just put that as his location?

u have alot to learn if you want to do all that. find a hacker that u can pay to get that job done like a cyber hitman lol

Yes, he actually does live in the Philipines. My friend I mentioned, well, she'd just happened to have been there once, and recognized stuff about him (his profile, how he talked, etc.) that proved clear as day he is Philipino, not to mention she'd cross-referenced his IP adress a while back (before she lost it), which pointed to a Philipino ISP or something (vague memories).

About the legality of it, well, I'm not too sure about International computer safety legal issues ... BUT, aren't death-threats and other miscellaneous threats illegal, no matter where the hell you are? He's been rather profuse on those.

Yeah, lol, I'm a total noob, so I hope HF will teach me all I need to know ... That's why I'm here after all! I just hope one day I can get to the point where I'm the pro who will be helping noobs, and not vice-versa. ;-)

As far as Cyber-Hitmen go, well, I don't have a very long list on those ... Besides, I don't think they'd be the type to openly offer or brag about their sevices, eh? XD

Ah well, thanks for the help guys. Here's hoping more answers to this annoying (and frankly, potentially dangerous) problem.
