I am not sure where to post this I just been scammed by a member for $500, what does the site do about this.

just about nothing.. Who scammed you? How did you get scammed?

What member? Write what happened.

If you used paypal to make a transaction contact them and they can get your money back and report appropriate people to police etc.
If you did it by a wire transfer your chances of getting a refund are lower. In this case go and report the details. But be carefull, when they ask you what you were doing buying a dump of 500ccs you better have a good excuse.

Well, you should read this first:
"This is our marketplace to conduct commerce. It's NOT monitored so make sure to be diligent and careful about any deals you make. HF isn't going to take responsibility for what happens in here."

That means HF don't have anything with your deals...

I have no power of authority outside this forum. The best I can do is ban them. You haven't even mentioned who the member is. I bet they are already banned or a new member where you did some CC deal which isn't even allowed here anymore.

As yck stated...our caveat for the section is that you are diligent about deals and make sure you know what you are doing.
