Sorry, but unfortunately, there is no official vuln exploited for the Vbulletin 3.7.1 version.
Try to hack it on some other way, may be phishing or research the site by yourself.
Try to find some XSS vuln, it should be some if web master uploaded his own plugs, cus in most of the time fresh new plugs has low security.
