Anyone know C++ really well and could direct me to a good tutorial (on this Forum) or could try to help me over an Instant Messaging service?

I agree with you, spamming is not the answer but it is rude to kind of tell him off. Everyone here was a newbie at some point so it doesn't help to tell them not to do ask for help when he is asking for something specific: tutorials!
Well back to your question. Here is a great ebook off the internet, and you can just view it off the internet; no need to download!
