The virus isn't harmful, it was just created to reform your GameMaker 7.0 Regular into GameMaker 7.0 Pro without a download or Key. If you don't trust my word, don't download the program.
Step 1: Download Game Maker 7.0 Basic at:

Step 2: Download Crack at:

Step 3: Open File
Step 4: Press "Kill"
After pressing kill, your GameMaker 7.0 basic will turn into GameMaker 7.0 Pro.
How to Remove the Trojan Virus called Win32:Agent-ULD
Simply remove all Files under game maker 7.0 and DRjx

If you want to remove the virus, and you have gamemaker, simply remove the full gamemaker application (Crack and Real), and do a bootscan right after.
Its a harmless virus though.

GameMaker 7.0's action scripts are much different then what i used to have. So i just use the tools they supply.
