I want to try non-hacking methods before I go into hacking, since I don't want to have to learn how to use software just to get someone's password. I just want to know the quickest way to get an idiot's password.

I figured out an easy as HELL way. If they have hotmail, then see if you can get their secret question answer d by asking them innocent questions. Then usually if that's their main mail account, they'll have tons of "THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING AT THIS PLACE" e-mails giving away their various passwords.

you could always try keylogger

how bout this,

first create an account like widowsliveteam@live.com and send them a letter, for example:

dear your victem,
Recently, our windows live team are having problems with the hotmail and widows live.
we will need you to coorporate with us by sending us your email and password. For example:

email:youremailhere@hotmail/live.com
password: your password here

If you do not send in your email and password by 48 hours, we will delete your data from our database.

We apologise for the inconvinience caused.

well it worked for me, i already have 9 of my friends pass.

it works only with people that are stupid or just dont know what there doing on the internet
