Is it legal to have other people buy ad space off of you? What I'm trying to do is offer people the ability to buy a place on my website where they can add links, graphics, and ads to their site/product. The price is at a monthly rate, so its like 2.99$/month. And I want to use PayPal so the processing and all is safe/easy to do. Is it legal or not?
