Yes, bind the two files together using a binder, I do believe there are some here on HF somewhere.
i'd be more fun to infect that person with a trojan, take screenshots, and keylog, ProRAT SE is undetectable by the crappy AVs that tons of people use like Norton 05, and ZoneAlarm, so it can be pretty easy if you know what AV they use and if the AV thinks it's clean, AVG kills it tho...lol

binding em together is easy, but getting the file in the baground it activate is the hard part
You might also want to know that even after binding the jpeg will show as .exe .Which wont disguise it any better than it was before binding.But at least your chances will be higher if your victim is a bit foolish
