Hi, is there a good website where I can learn how to create textures from the ground up using gimp.
I don't have a camera laying arond so I can't take real pictures.
I need some help on creating good realistic textures for games and for websites ect.
Any idea what website you can recommoned or a free e-book that would teach me the techneaks used for making textures for 3d game and also websites??

well do you got anything on gimp??? using gimp to make textures?? The one you provided I think will teach how to apply texture to 3d models.
I really would like to master texturing for 3d and also for websites ect.
