HI I want to know how to burn a xbox game to my xbox hard drive.
I asked this before and was helped.
I downloaded an auto installer which would boot on my xbox.
yes xbox original.
I formatted my xbox and installed a dahsboard on it. I removed the cd that has this auto installer and restarted the xbox but without the cd I only boot back in the original dashboard.
Do I always have to use the auto install cd to run the hacked dashboard to ftp the game to the xbox??
I am not at the point to download xbox games and transfer them to the xbox hard drive.
Also would like to know if it's possible to run a ps2 emulator on xbox??
I want to play manhunt 2 but they didn't make a game for xbox but know they made one for ps2.
any ides???

Have you tried to install the disk to the hdd? If not then try it out.
If it dont work then you need a different disk.
I'll search or upload the one i use if it don't work.
are you using slayers, auto installer deluxe or what, also what dash are you trying to install?
I am using the installer delux light and installing evolve.
I installed the dashboard it says succeeded to install then when I take out the cd and then turn off the box and turn it back on then I see the original dashboard. If if turn off the box and turn it on and quickly put the cd it, I would see a xbox text with a loading screen and then the evolution dashboard shows.
hummmm i dont think the disk you have is the right one...
like jimmyg22 i suggest you get a slayers disk from somewhere, when i get home i'll upload the one i use for you.

Thank you so much. I have been trying to find a way to backup my eeprom for a hdd upgrade, but my copy of AIDeluxe was messed up so I couldn't install Evox from there or backup the eeprom. It got a wrong file everytime. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
the above is from the comments on that torrent. I have on the cd the AIDeluxe light edition.
which it works. I see it load up when the cd is in. I even install EVO which gave me a message saying installed finshed..
So when I reboot my xbox I took out the cd and then I see the original xbox dashboard looks like nothing changed.
The only thing I know is that the one I have was able to reformat my xbox hdd.
I lost all my saved games which I don't minde since I haven't played xbox ever since xbox 360 came out. I got really bored fast with xbox games released they where more graphic junky games I mean the graphics was great but the gameplay really sucks it looked like they focus more on graphic details then the gameplay .

no currently I been busy with making my website ect and other stuff like chors ect.
I will download the torrent today later . Should I make a backup of my xbox retail hard drive??
