One of my old friends knows how to hack your computer through your xbox..
When your on say Call of Duty 4 in his party he can find out your IP Adrress and do something with it on Cain & Able..
If anyone knows anything about this, Please post..

Never heard of anything like this I believe he's a lier .
He is most likely lieing, For you to be able to gain their IP he would need to have modded his Xbox something feirce, and the only way he could do N E thing with Cain and Abel is if he was on a computer or his xbox has an OS, and Xbox cant dual boot.
So maybe this guy is fucking leet maybe not. Get him to get on the site and post how he does it and we can tell if he is lying or not.
With cain and able you are able to get anyones ip connected to your Xbox if your bridging connections (done it before). In Call of Duty 4, you can standby if your host, also once you get their IP's you can use Zone alarm pro to boot people from the game. With Commview(Replacement for Cain and able) you can send massive packet attacks at the same time as playing to force them off Xbox live. Lets not forget once they have your IP they can do a port scan and DoS attack ya. Also from what I've herd there was a virus a while back that would shut off your xbox but that has been fixed long ago, so I'd say no to the Xbox turning off. If you need help with any of these subjects just say so.

lolz, Do you have 2 Internet connections? For me it goes like this.
Modem > Router > Computer Then I bought an USB to Ethernet Adapter and that goes Xbox > Crossover Cable(Cat4 might work) > USB Adapter. In Network Connections you should see 2 connections like Local Area Connection 1 and Local Area Connection 2, highlight them both, right click and click on Bridge connections. Once thats done open up Cain and Able(I suggest you get Commview I prefure that myself) connect to your bridge then start tracing to see who your connected to. On Commview its easier, also on Commview click packets and find the outgoing packet of the Target IP. Increase packet size and speed and resend on infinite rate, you will notice with in seconds he will freeze, you can just kill him then, he also may lag out but that rarely happens. Usually you see them glitching and freezing in places.
Now okay I buy this adapter and I connect the USB end to the computer and the Ethernet end to the Xbox..

Don't got AIM :P Could download it I guess. Just post here what step your on and I'll probably answer pretty quickly, or if you don't want to post personal info you can PM me. Also yes on what you asked. Adapter > Computer, Ethernet > Adapter, Other end of Ethernet > Xbox, but you might need to buy a Crossover cable. Bright yellow cord or light green. After your done that just say so. If you can find a way to run the Internet into your computer and from your computer to your Xbox your good to go. Also I forgot to mention when you bridge you can give other people host like friends and such, but you can't force yourself host unless you standby at the right time, like in Halo 2 and 3
