M.U.G.E.N is a freeware 2D fighting game engine designed by Elecbyte, written in C with the Allegro library. The engine was originally released in July 17, 1999. (From wiki) Runs like street Fighter, king of fighter, mortal combat you name it. As long as its 2d based fighting. Fighter factory lets you create new charaters or edit old ones. It takes some time to make charaters or you can down load some of other ppl. If your not use to dos or image editing then you might have a hard time use it ( unless you download other ppl char) Happy fighting [attachment=12]

I've had that for quite a while, although it's been a while since I've played it. It's a very nice game.
