Previously I had a 5 (maybe 10?) post count minimum just to access the BST (buy sell trade) area. I implemented that to combat spam and scammers. Recently I have been scrutinized because BST does have some people trying to sell CVV's and Credit Cards. Be aware I rarely look in that section and legally it's more of a problem to create limits on what can be sold than to simply say "At your own risk". It's NOT an illegal act by me what others do here. I am for all intense purposes an ISP. I provide a service. This is why you don't see me posting black-hat tutorials or other questionable material. I assume no liability here.
Anyways...I did implement the "no personal information" rule hoping to slow down problems in that area but it's had only a minor effect. We are still getting one time signups just to post crap and attempt to scam people. I do not want to close the BST as there are some good viable posts there. There is no reason why legal activities can be conducted in that forum.
So today I am implementing a 50 post count minimum to that area. Right now it's the only additional rule to BST. I hope that it will prevent scams and deter illegal activity. Normally well before 50 posts I close accounts on low-quality posting members.
Some might now be asking "why not just ban CC and CVV sales?". Hmm...it's a good question. Partially because I just hate adding rules. Partially because I am aware that in some countries this might not be illegal. But most importantly...because I am not doing anything illegal. I do not condone anyone to commit an illegal act nor does this site.

The reason it's not monitored is because I don't want to get into the role of policeman when people get ripped off. It's 100% not my problem.
Thank you.
