But unfortunately, I'm not from USA..
I have never seen less moderators on so big site. Weirid.
Anyway, you have a little problem if you decide to promote only people from USA.
They will be all up-down in same time zone, so in one part of 24h, site will be without of any moderator online, but in second part of day there would be all moderatos online and over all you.

Well, i think hackforums needs multiple moderatos.
I like yck's idea of voting-banning option for mods.
I recommend yck, myself, spiro_dt and itlar as the next mods. I think most of the members will agree.
However, you should check us all if to give us the positions. Because who knows, who is really what?

Honesty to tell the administrator to check you out is something i like seeing.
Definitely, not all the mods should be from USA. That would really suck.
Well, I suppose you should choose who's to be the next mod, but I think yck or Tusku would be the best option.

Hai, a contract on the internet IS legal. It is digitally signed with an DATE on it. But it'll require YOUR signature next to it, which will require you to use a scanner or something like that, so why not just use a form and regular old mail?
