well that is a bit excessive either way, i would give permission to give my ip address and list of open ports to HF members if i did anything wrong.
Shit i would let them hack me.
but i see where you are coming from, i just think that crosses the line of secure and paranoia.

Yes. Just like any site such as Google, Yahoo!, Myspace, or Facebook can force their TOS.
I have experience writing good terms and will be creating something for the site members as well as the moderators. And the moderator contract will be binding as I will require all future mods to be in the USA.
Once again the few have ruined it for the many.
I have already removed the Staff Application thread as it's no longer valid.

good choice, most people under 18 dont usually make good mods anyway, i used to run my clans website and figured that out the hard way
Im a good few years younger than alot of people here, Except Cb of course but
I personally believe your only as old as you act, You can act like an 18 year old and be 13, it just depends on the person and maturity level.
Or be 18 and act like a 13 year old, it goes both ways,

i also dont much care for the age limit, but it does ensure the legality of the contract.

I would be better off with no mods than ones who are malicious.
And I quite agree...better to have no mods than bad mods. -.-

well i think really the hole point about the age limit is to make sure the law still applies to them.
i hate to say this, but it upsets me that i will no longer qualify for mod status, but it is best for the forum so i will get over it.

Oh I agree but unfortunately I can't enforce a contract with a minor. This is more of a security measure than my preference. I would prefer 16 as a cut off age and even have considered younger ages. Things evolve though and HF will make it's adjustments.

Well omni i know I have no posts.
But a word of advice some kids who are underage are not as stupid as the rest so to say.
Some kids now a days do have intelligence but I see where your coming from.
Maybe there could be a "test" long before a monitoring of the subjects behavior and what he contributes.
