i was wonderin if there was a way to hack, by like trying to find the first letter, and if it find the first letter, it goes for the second, then the third, so on. Like trying to open a lock, they listen for the clicks. Is there a program or a way to do that for website or just in general, passwords?
Programs don't use that method. They don't trigger a yes for each letter. It's either a complete match or it's not.
cause using brute force to obtain someone's password is just a long process that may not work. Because first, you have to have the password in the list of passwords you are gonna try.
and can anyone explain to me how cain and able works please?? is it the same process as brute force
