I have been looking for a good icon making program, but every one that i try screws up my pictures a makes them blurry.. I need a program that i can import jpegs into or even bmp's or png's; Not one of those were you have to draw every thing yourself.
If you know of any good ones let me know.
iam using Easy Icon Maker... its a free version .. google it

But its Mac only.

neotec is using the best one in my opion
I use Icon Constructor3 and works fine.
