I appologise if this is further back in this thread then i looked, i looked threw the first few pages and didnt see it. I was wondering if it was possible to create a cheat code into a game. For exaplimentary perpouses, Say that in grand theft auto you wanted to spawn some money, but there was no cheat for that, is there any way to make the game have that cheat? Im wondering this about both computer games and Xbox 360 games. Thank you in advance.

it would require skill but, yes it is possible to create your own cheat codes for a game. The level of skill it requires is not something I can comment on though.

u would need a new cd to copy the files to so u could alter them, since pretty much all legit games are "closed" or no-write cds
after DLing the files from the CD you would have to correctly identify encryption and language of both the game and encryption
after u have the source code open, you have to find the location to place your code and its effects
then when that is finally over, write it to a CD and run it
(if this is for a special system EX: xbox 360, blueray, ect. it may require a differnt cd driver than what u have currently)
that is my theory anyways ;)

Lol! the cheats are stored as conditional inputs in the game...you can't 'hack' them unless you know programming and that wouldn't be hacking it'd be programming. You couldn't do that either unless you were extremely good with source codes and olydbg

when i downloaded a pre-modded GTA San Andreas from Xboxsky there was like a cheat menu.
